Remove the panels in the back that cover the hard drive and RAM with a small Phillips-head screwdriver. Finally, if even a restore doesn’t seem to resolve the issue, you could be looking at a bad hard disk. Some boards BIOS wont fully support the RAM (BIOS wont show it, but dxdiag will).
