Also, if it is my windows that is corrupted, is there any way to install windows again w/o losing all my information/installed programs? well now it's working. I don't want to buy another since it's new. This is the default behavior when Windows XP encounters a system failure. have a peek at these guys I don't know if my HDD is fried, or if windows just has some corrupt files.
