Please, someone out there help me!! Once connected to the same PC the Disk Management immediately saw it. When it's done, back out of Disk Management and reboot. I'm trying to follow the steps but nothing is working.

Reformat the drive with the newer NTFS file system or older FAT32 file system so Windows will be able to recognize it.
