Best Window's rig I own are my Macs. Chrome won that usability test, hands down. There could also be an area for consolidating notifications and displaying some useful information, such as a summary of one’s e-mails, appointments, etc. This makes Chrome really annoying, because if I have more than 4 tabs open they're blocked by the stuff I use.
