You can open an empty MMC console and choose your own snap-ins if you like, and a number of 3rd party companies use MMC as a base for their own consoles. I set it to use internet explorer in set program access and defaults but it still wont work.
I dont think it was the njstar i think it was the dl of the windows update for dr.watson batching up my computer.. didn't know that! anything you think can help. i cant access computer management or perform disk defrag, it keeps saying "mmc will not run with...etc" though i have IE8 installed.
