You won't see any difference (IMO) and it quite often is the problem with ATI cards and motherboard combos. Processor power management may be prevented when this USB device is not in the Selective Suspend state. I'm not sure if you are using a notebook and trying to hibernate or trying to get your desktop PC to sleep?

So yesterday I installed Windows 10 on my computer via Windows update. (First went here Home page - Windows Insider Program and followed the steps) It installed normally, after it was SolvedComputer shuts down while playing games! It is odd considering clicking sleep has the same effect as clicking shut down, and therefore I can't seem to find any other people having the same issue. I hope someone can give me advice to kill this crazy problem of mine. every time i shut down my computer, i get this weird screeching sound for a couple of seconds before it powers down. Clicking on "Sleep" shuts the computer down, however fans and fan lights continue running and 5-10 seconds later computer starts back up.
