Close it (or it's application) by using Ctrl-Alt-Del to open Task Manager and close the application that it's running in (usually Internet Explorer). Nothing I do changes it.
Solution to the CPU problem.....Go into the bios and set the CPU from compatible to normal....this should fix the problem,It worked on the machine I was working on. but whatever it works now!SO...all that summarized... most retail games (FPS, RTS, etc.) are CPU intensive.
