It will cost around 400 ILS(100 USD) to replace it. nothing works I tried running my system on safe mode, tried going to device manager, re-installing undetected(unknown devices) and it worked, tried resetting my pc and run in normal mode.. So my conclusion is that problem is probably not connected to drivers.
