CD/DVD Disappearing Under Vista SP1
Found out that if I keep the laptop on a notebook cooler that it will not disappear. A lot of people depend on the Masterminds at Microsoft to resolve such issues quickly and promptly but based upon what I've seen in continues to be of little concern. Optiarc DVD-RW 7530A somehow disappeared from my notebook, though it could be seen in BIOS (Vista HPE, SP1). Waiting to install MS Office for more than 10 days now. weblink
