I found that the size of the user account made no difference but uploading smaller images worked better. Clean Windows XP out of the box with SP2 and no additional software installed & Uploadr 2.3. I connect the ipod to the old toshiba laptop and it works just fine. I try to stay off the net, but if I have to, I'm very careful, and always empty my cache and cookies.
